CORNWALL, Ontario – The stage is set for a play where everyone is suspect.

‘Murder at the Casino Royale’ is a slick whodunit waiting to be solved from Stage Fright Productions starting in February at Ramada Cornwall.

Professional and budding actors led by homegrown talent Nicholas Merizzi portray a cast of zany characters blinded by the bright lights of nightlife.

There’s been a murder, but the show must go on. The plot thickens, as everyone in the room is tasked with solving the case.

“With catchy tunes and a meal to die for, this play within a murder mystery has a lot to offer everyone,” said Merizzi.

As the comedic drama unfolds, guests will be enjoying a delicious taste of live dinner theatre.

Catch the evening show of ‘Murder at the Casino Royale’ on Feb. 7, 8, 14, and 15 for $45. Doors open at 6 p.m. with cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner at 7 p.m. before the show kicks off at 8 p.m.

Alternatively, on Sunday, Feb. 9 and Feb. 16, a matinée show priced at $35 will start with a cash bar at 11 a.m. trailed by the opening of the first act at 11:30 a.m. A buffet brunch will be served at noon.

Each show is scheduled for four hours.

“Last year, we were told that it was one of the best shows they (Ramada Cornwall) have ever had,” said Runions, author of the play and event organizer.

Reserve your tickets by calling Ramada Cornwall at (613) 933-8000 or pick them up at their front lobby located at 805 Brookdale Avenue.
