March 8th is International Women’s Day!
The first International Women’s Day took place on March 19th, 1911, in Austria, Denmark, Germany, and Switzerland. Since then, the day has become a global movement celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also serves as a call to action for accelerating women’s equality.
