CORNWALL, Ontario – Environment Canada has ended its severe thunderstorm watch for the region.
Earlier Friday the weather agency said powerful thunderstorms were possible over the next few hours, with the risk of a tornado.
Storms are still expected to dominate the local forecast into Saturday.
