CORNWALL, Ontario – Christopher Motard, 39, of Cornwall was arrested on April 27, 2019 and charged with break and enter, theft under $5,000 and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged the man entered an Emma Ave. residence, without permission, and took a quantity of cash from a man unknown to him before fleeing the area. Police were contacted and located the man a short time later. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.
