Broccolini has started work on an 80 acre site in the Cornwall Business Park.

Site grading is underway at the location which is at the intersection of Industrial Park Drive and Tenth Street East. Work will soon begin on servicing and foundations for a 984,000 sq.ft. distribution centre.

“We are excited to once again be building a large-scale project in Cornwall,” said James Beach, Vice-President of Real Estate Development with Broccolini. “Over the next year the site will be very busy with hundreds of skilled trades as the building takes shape. Once completed this facility will provide state-of-the-art distribution services to support Canada’s supply chain network.”

Broccolini purchased the site in 2022 from the City of Cornwall.

“This is the first of several sites in the Cornwall Business Park that will be developed over the coming months,” said Bob Peters, Manager of Economic Development with the City of Cornwall. “This activity is a positive sign of the ongoing growth of Cornwall’s economy.”
