CORNWALL, Ontario – As a result of an ongoing investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division, a man has been arrested and charged in relation to multiple motor vehicle mischiefs that took place in the City of Cornwall throughout April and May. Christopher Marshall, 36, of Cornwall was arrested on June 3, 2019 and charged with twenty-one counts of mischief under $5,000, as well as one count of mischief over $5,000. He was taken into custody on June 3, 2019, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on July 2, 2019.
