CORNWALL, Ontario – A 16-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on June 6, 2019 and charged with two counts of threats. It is alleged on June 5, 2019, the youth made threats to harm multiple people who are not known to him, as well as to damage two buildings. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On June 6, 2019 he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as per provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
