A section of Highway 417 near Maxville was closed for about three hours May 22 due to a vehicle fire.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:30 p.m. on the eastbound 417, reports the Stormont-Dundas-Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police detachment.
The highway was re-opened at 7:42 p.m.
No injuries were reported.
