CORNWALL, Ontario – Karl Quesnel-Sefcsik, 23, was arrested on Sept. 17 as a result of information revealed in an ongoing investigation where he was charged with sexual assault.
He was charged with the following:
Assault
Overcome resistance (choking)
The male allegedly choked a 14-year-old girl known to him.
He attended police headquarters on Sept. 17 to deal with the mater, was taken into custody and charged accordingly.
He is to appear in court on Sept. 27.
