CORNWALL, Ontario – The first-ever female president of the Cornwall and District Navy Veterans Association will be sworn-in at a ceremony next month.
Pam Gougeon will take over from long-time association president Mike Heenan who will be moving in to a support role when the move is made official at a ceremony April 9.
