WILLIAMSTOWN, Ontario – The St. Lawrence Valley Agricultural Society, organizers of Canada’s oldest consecutive fair, are pleased to announce the return of a favorite attraction.
“I am pleased to share the news that World’s Finest Shows will bring their popular Midway to the Williamstown Fair in August,” announced Michael Seguin, President of the Society. “We listened to feedback from our supporters and knew we needed to bring the midway back!”
The Williamstown Fair, running from August 9, 10 and 11, 2019, will continue its longstanding tradition of showcasing the best of our region with fabulous displays, agricultural exhibits, competitions, entertainment, and food and drink. It maintains its status as one of the region’s premiere events where new friendships are forged and old friendships rekindled.
This year’s event will feature an all-inclusive entry fee of $20.00 which will include unlimited access to the Midway rides.
“Access to midway rides at a lower cost is something families have asked for year after year,” said Chelsea Hope, Vice President of the Williamstown Fair Board.
“We feel the all-inclusive admission model delivers great value for all our fairgoers.”
