MAN CHARGED: Hair-pulling and sex assault against 13-year-old

CORNWALL, Ontario – A 25-year-old man has been charged after a teenage girl was attacked in Cornwall.

Police said the man pulled the hair of a 13-year-old girl and sexually assaulted her at a Brookdale Avenue residence.

Sarfaraz Multani, 25, of Cornwall has been charged with assault, sexual assault and sexual interference.

The man was held for a bail hearing.
