NORTH DUNDAS, Ontario – On June 27, 2017 at approximately 3:40 p.m., Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a male who had exposed himself in public.
Further information revealed that the male had been harassing and causing a disturbance the location. The accused was also in contravention of conditions imposed from previous incidents.
Paul MCCARTY (45) of North Dundas Township was arrested and is charged with;
– Indecent Acts
– Fail to Comply with Probation Order
– Criminal Harassment
– Causing a Disturbance
He was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
