The Municipality of South Dundas will be hosting the South Dundas 2023 Council Community Breakfast on Thursday, October 5th from 7 to 9 a.m. at the McIntosh Country Inn and Conference Centre.
This breakfast will highlight the presentation of the 2023 South Dundas Awards of Excellence, shining a spotlight on success stories of local businesses, organizations and individuals who contribute to the betterment of the community.
In addition to the Awards ceremony, Mayor Jason Broad will deliver a formal address.
“The South Dundas Council Team is thrilled to be hosting the Council Community Breakfast once again. We are looking forward to meeting with residents and celebrating this year’s Awards of Excellence winners,” said Mayor Jason Broad.
“The annual breakfast meeting is organized to bring together our residents, our business community, and Team South Dundas, in an effort to increase engagement among the important stakeholders of the Municipality,” said Rob Hunter, Economic Development Officer. “We are very excited to return to hosting an in-person event this year, as we shifted to a virtual Awards of Excellence ceremony from 2020 to 2022 during the pandemic.”
There is no charge to attend the event. Donations to Community Food Share, in the form of non-perishable food items or monetary contributions, are welcome and encouraged.
