CORNWALL, Ontario – Kevin Ingola, 23, and Dustin O’Byrne, 23, both of Cornwall, were arrested on Jan. 18, 2019 and charged as follows:
Kevin Ingola:
• Robbery
• Theft under $5,000
• Breach of probation (for failing to notify a change of address and failing to keep the peace)
• Breach of recognizance (for contacting a certain person, failing to notify a change of address and failing to keep the peace)
Dustin O’Byrne:
• Robbery
• Breach of probation (failing to keep the peace and failing to notify a change of address)
• Breach of undertaking (for contacting a certain person, failing to notify a change of address, and failing to keep the peace)
It is alleged on Jan. 6, 2019, Kevin Ingola attended the residence of a man known to him and removed electronics without his permission. It is further alleged on Jan. 16, 2019, both men attended the same residence, made threats to kill the man, removed other electronics and fled the area. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Jan. 18, 2019, both men were located by police and were found in breach of their conditions. They were taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
