Welcome to Dr. Shannon Meilleur who has joined the WDMH team to lead a new Rheumatology Clinic starting June 6th.
Rheumatology is the branch of medicine devoted to the diagnosis and management of autoimmune disorders where the common feature is inflammation in the bones, muscles, joints and internal organs.Dr. Meilleur’s specialties include connective tissue disease, inflammatory arthritis, complicated crystal arthritis and other inflammatory conditions.
A physician referral is required to make an appointment with Dr. Meilleur.
“I’m looking forward to meeting the WDMH team and getting to know the community in and around Winchester,” says Dr. Meilleur.
Dr. Meilleur completed her Medical degree at Queen’s University, her Internal Medicine degree at Western University, and her Rheumatology fellowship at McGill University.
