On Monday, December 19, 2022, Mayor Justin Towndale and Peter Morgan met in front of the Justice Building in Cornwall to raise a flag for the Children’s Christmas Fund. It was the newly elected mayor’s first flag raising.
“The Children’s Christmas Fund is organized through the Cornwall Service Club Council and the work that they do is important. There is a lot of people in need, especially this year, and we need to help them out the best we can,” said Mayor Towndale.
