CORNWALL, Ontario – Luis Rodriguez, 26, of Cornwall was arrested on Monday, June 17 and charged with the following:
- Theft under $5, 000
- Threats
- Breach of probation x 2 for failing to keep the peace
It is alleged on June 17 the man took coffee from a McConnell Ave. business without making any attempt to pay for the beverage.
The man further made threats to harm a woman he did not know.
Police were contacted and took the man into custody. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
