CORNWALL, Ontario – Hilary Thain, 46, of Cornwall was arrested on Thursday, May 16 and charged with over 80 and refusal.
It is alleged the woman was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, when her car struck another vehicle in the area of Brookdale Ave. and Seventh St. West. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued.
During the investigation, the woman failed to provide a proper sample of her breath upon demand. She was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Thursday, May 23.
