CORNWALL, Ontario – CPS are continuing to ask anyone who may have witnessed a collision/hit-and-run involving a vehicle and toddler in a stroller to come forward.
On July 10, at approximately 4:15 p.m., a beige/brown four-door sedan with silver rims struck a toddler that was being pushed in a stroller in the area of Sydney St. and Fifth St.
The driver, who is believed to be a male between the ages of 50 and 60, fled the scene. The toddler was transported to the hospital, sustaining minor injuries.
