CORNWALL, Ontario – Thineshkumar Nagarajah, 37, of Cornwall was arrested on April 20, 2019 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and refusal. It is alleged the man was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol when his car struck a building in the area of Sydney St. and Ninth St. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, the man failed to provide a proper sample of his breath upon demand. He was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on May 9, 2019.
