CORNWALL, Ontario – Devyn-James Seyeau was arrested on Monday, June 24 and charged with the following:
· Trespassing at night
· Possession of property obtained by crime
· Resist arrest
· Disguise with intent
· Possession of break-in instruments
It is alleged during the early morning hours on June 24 the man attended various parked vehicles in the area of Briarhill Ave. and Alguire St., all the while concealing his identity.
Police were contacted and took the man into custody after a brief struggle, where he was found to be in possession of various items that did not belong to him, as well as break-in tools. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
