CORNWALL, Ontario – Evan Jarvis, 26, of Cornwall was arrested on Thursday, July 25 and charged with two counts of mischief under $5,000, as well as breach of probation for failing to keep the peace.
It is alleged on Saturday, July 20 the man damaged a phone belonging to someone known to him. It is further alleged on Thursday, July 25 the man smashed a car window belonging to another individual known to him.
Police were contacted and took the man into custody. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
