CORNWALL, Ontario – Kendra Czerwinski, 29, of Cornwall was arrested on Feb. 20, 2019 and charged with fraud under $5,000 x five. It is alleged on Feb. 1, 2019, the woman fraudulently collected rent money from tenants and failed to provide the money to the property owner. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Feb. 20, 2019, the woman attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on March 20, 2019.
