SOUTH STORMONT, Ontario – On November 7, 2019, members of the SD&G Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a missing female from a residence in South Stormont, Ontario.
The missing female has been identified as Tannis WEIBE, age 30, of South Stormont, Ontario.
She was last seen on November 7, 2019 at approximately 5:30 p.m., from a residence on Myers Road in South Stormont.
On November 9, 2019 members of Emergency Response Team (ERT) and an OPP helicopter located Tannis WEIBE deceased.
A post mortem will be conducted to determine cause of death. No foul play is suspected at this point. OPP Forensic Identification Services (FIS) and the Office of the Chief Coroner will continue the investigation with the assistance of the SD&G OPP Crime unit.
