OPP nab man for drugs during 401 traffic stop
Police made the arrest Saturday morning.

CORNWALL, Ontario – A Whitby man was charged by the OPP on the weekend after a Highway 401 traffic stop uncovered drugs in a vehicle.

Police said the man was stopped at about 11 a.m. March 26 on the 401 in South Stormont.

Cory Hamilton, 32, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

The drug is alleged to be marijuana.

Hamilton must return to a Cornwall court in May to answer to the charge.
