Cornwall, Ontario – Photographer and aspiring musician Lee Ladouceur, also known as Stagger Lee, opened for Hamilton punk legend BA Johnston at the Secret Location in Cornwall on March 31. It marked Stagger Lee’s fourth concert, showcasing his eclectic blend of folk and blues-inspired music. Before taking the stage, Ladouceur shared, “The songs are mostly about my life… It’s where I get my inspiration from.” He also hinted at an upcoming album release this summer.

BA Johnston, known for his humorous and often absurd lyrics, headlined the concert. Ladouceur expressed excitement about the event despite the contrasting sounds between Stagger Lee and BA Johnston, saying, “We have quite the contrast in sounds, but I saw BA Johnston’s show last year, and I look forward to seeing him play again tonight.” In addition, DJ Case added to the ambiance by spinning vinyl classics before and in between sets.
