Rock Music Loses a Pioneer: Myles Goodwyn of April Wine Passes at 75 Myles Goodwyn, the former frontman of the iconic rock band April Wine, has died at the age of 75. Roy "Nip" Nichol, hailing from Cornwall, became a member of April Wine in 2012. In 2014, the band delivered a memorable performance at the Kinsmen Cornwall Lift-Off's 20th Anniversary.
