CORNWALL, Ontario – On Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019, at approximately 2:30 p.m., the Cornwall Police Service (CPS) was called to investigate a motor vehicle collision where a white SUV struck a pedestrian. The collision occurred in the laneway between the Cornwall Square and the Cornwall Square parking garage. It should be noted the driver of the motor vehicle remained at the scene to offer assistance. The pedestrian was subsequently transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
